Lift writer's block on Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions are a vital aspect to setting and managing expectations between a shop and a customer. 🤝

Most Printavo users know that they can add Terms and Conditions that will present themselves on every single Printavo job under My Account > Invoice Information > Terms and conditions - but what should you write?! What are good terms?! What are great conditions!?

Check out our awesome guide on How to Write Terms and Conditions. It even comes with a free downloadable template that you can modify and use for your own shop!

Add payment terms for accurate invoicing

Did you know that you can set up custom payment terms in Printavo? Well, you can! 🥫

Simply head to My Account > Invoice Information > Payment Terms to add any type of payment terms you offer!

Once saved, you can apply your terms to a customer's profile so they automatically show up when you build a quote for that customer - or you can manually apply/remove terms at your discretion!

Set delivery methods to streamline your flow

Just like payment terms, you can add custom delivery methods to your Printavo orders so whomever's getting them out the door know, well, how to get them out the door! 🚪

If you're tired of answering the "Is the customer picking this up or do I need to make a label?" question - well, then, delivery methods may be for you.

Just head to My Account > Invoice Information > Delivery Methods to add the options of delivery methods you offer. Then apply the job-specific delivery method when building/editing the job!
