A Fresh Printavo Redesign & More Functionality

New Feature

On Thursday, March 29, you will see a new look to Printavo when logging in.  We updated our interface to increase simplicity, combine similar features & give room for future improvements.  

Important improvements to note:

  • A sales tax field will be added to customers.  Premium subscription members will get the option to automatically generate this sales tax rate based on a customer's billing zip code.
  • Messaging is available to all users
  • You can now add addresses onto an invoice (and as many as you'd like of them), instead of utilizing a customers address
  • Created date can be manually changed on invoices
  • Print Locations can be shown on an invoice (show/hide this in My Account > Invoice Information)
  • More condensed printing of invoices
  • ​Improved invoices page with totals
